  • The product has not arrived after almost three weeks. Why? The product was shipped from Los Angeles, but instead of the product being shipped straight up the west coast to its destination in Vancouver, it was sent across the continental United States to Chicago, as well as some other US cities, then sent to Toronto, and now (FINALLY!!) it is being shipped back ACROSS continental Canada to Vancouver! Very long, weird route. I HOPE the unit was not damaged in its thousands of miles long travels!!

  • I was given the impression that the product would be here within a matter of a few days. It took far to long to get here.I find that unacceptable. Would I order online from Bestbuy again, or recommend this service to anyone else? Absolutely not!
