You'll never pay for parts and labour.
We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labour for covered repairs, with no hidden fees.
If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it.
When we can’t fix your major appliance with manufacture authorized parts, we’ll replace it.
If your major appliance stops working, we'll come directly to your home.
If you live within 60 km of a Best Buy store, we bring excellent service directly to you.
If your washer or dryer stops working, we’ll provide reimbursement for laundry expenses.
We'll cover up to $50 of laundry due to an authorized failure.
If your fridge or freezer stops cooling, we’ll provide reimbursement for spoiled food.
We'll cover up to $300 to replace your food due to an authorized failure.
If your major appliance requires more than three repairs, we’ll replace it.
We make sure we get it right with no lemon coverage.
If the shelf, knob, or rack doesn’t fit right anymore, we'll cover it.
We cover the little things affected by normal wear and tear.
If a power surge happens and your major appliance fails, we’ll take care of it.
We’ve got your back if there is an unexpected electrical failure.
If something goes wrong after the manufacture warranty ends, we’ll cover it.
We offer up to five years of protection so you can make your investment last.
How does it work with the manufacture warranty?
We take care of important repairs your manufacturer's warranty doesn’t, like failure due to a power surge, and if something goes wrong after the warranty ends.
Keep in mind, throughout your plan, even during the warranty period, we facilitate Service Requests on your behalf. At Best Buy we are manufacturer authorized to fix most brands.
