Rick’s iStock was founded in May 26th, 2021 by a family of immigrants after discovering the need to have a reliable source to purchase pre-owned devices, without having to worry about issues in the future. That's why we created this online marketplace to offer our customers the ability to buy, sell and trade-in their devices for a reasonable price. We are proud to offer fully tested and functional devices with 6 months warranty so our customers are worry-free. Our service is provided online where we offer pick-up or delivery options. We are a verified Phonecheck Certified partner for all-in-one device certification. We are also partnered with Rapid iPhone Repair, who specializes in repairing our devices when needed.

Processing Time

Most items ship within 2 business days after an order is placed*. Allow additional time for shipping to your address.
*Please note: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and a full refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Area Restrictions

Shipping is not available in the following areas*:

Finding a product return policy

To review a specific return policy for a product, simply select the ‘Seller Return Policy’ tab on the product page, under the product details tab.

Please note we do not accept in-store returns for Marketplace products.

When returning a Marketplace product please note

  • It must be unassembled and still in the original packaging
  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost
