  • I have ordered many items from on-line merchants. This is the worst experience I have had. The product was fine but I could tell from the size of box that the item would not fit my limited space allotment. I asked for a return /refund. I received a page and half of instructions on how to return this item at my expense. There were a dozen dos and don't that made your head spin and it was noted that a 15% restocking charge. I had not even taken the item out of it's box. Have still not got refund.

  • I wish this had turned out to be more positive experience than it was. When I received the player the sound, at the highest volume and using the headset that accompanied the player, was too low to be heard. I had to turn on the close captions to catch the dialogue. Even with a top of the line headset of my own the sound was still too low to be heard. Seller was contacted without a happy resolve. Would not buy from them again.
