All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

  • As per the description the product was supposed to be shipped within 3 business days. But it's been dispatched after a week. As I was not available for pickup Canada Post returned the product. Please refund my money back. Thank you

  • The diffuse we purchased from AG Cables had an electric short,(popped and sparked) within hours of using it. We have emailed AG Cables directly one week ago, as per the return policy and have not had a reply. I will try to return the diffuse to Best Buy.

  • The seller does come through although communication is not their strong suit. In my case the product did not work. The seller did supply a return label to ship the product back which I did over a week ago. So far I have received no notification of receipt nor a credit to my account.
