PulseLabz is a Vancouver-based company, focused on providing an ergonomic solution to a present day society which spends the vast majority of time in front of computers. Starting out as an ergonomic chair company, we designed and launched three models of our high back office chairs: Challenger, Enforcer, and Guardian Series. The goal was to provide the right ergonomic solution depending on the user's height and weight. We soon realized that as ergonomic as a chair can be, sitting for 8 hours a day will still put a strain on a user's health. We then went on to expand into our MotionGrey Series of Dual Motor Standing Desk. With both launches having been a huge success, we are constantly working towards design

Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

  • It’s the worst experience ever. I am still struggling with returning the product. It has beed damaged on everywhere. It doesn’t look like even working. I’m the person who try to understand damaged products because shipping is not easy. However, they need to response as soon as possible, and Best Buy must care of them because they are selling on Best Buy website which means they earn something!!

  • Was a terrible experience. When that chair was delivered the main back piece was snapped. Many other parts looks used with many scuff marks on them. Contacted seller to return or replace the broken back piece and they never got back to me. Still trying to get an answer from them on what to do. Would not recommend.
