Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

  • Very disappointed with the product. The pot is like a tin can, leaks everywhere when you try and water the plant. Will not be buying again. Only reason I’m not returning it is because I loose to much money just on the shipping alone. And Canpar shipping was a garbage experience !

  • I had a concern with one of the items in my order. I contacted the seller through my Best Buy account, and I received a very timely response. They addressed my concerns without issue. Very pleased with the service. Only complaint is in regards to Best Buy marketplace, it would be nice to have the option to attach pictures to communications with the seller.
