Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

I paid for express shipping for my purchase as it was a gift. It still took 6 business days to arrive after it had shipped, and in communicating with the seller no attempt to resolve the issue was made. The seller said they would find out about the package and never did. The product was as advertised, but dealing with the seller was a poor experience.

It arrived after Christmas so I had to go to Best Buy to buy a replacement for Christmas morning. Now I have an extra set of headphones and was told in store I couldn’t return. I wish it was more clear when I made the purchase that I wasn’t actually buying from Best Buy.
