If you are in any way unhappy, we will pay to have the order returned and issue you a refund. Our team at Goldwood has extensive audio and retail backgrounds. Therefore, we understand the meaning of Customer Service. Over 99% of the time we ship, our customers receive their orders and are thrilled. When returning a Marketplace product please note
  • It must be unassembled and still in the original packaging
  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost
