All returned products must include original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.
For electronics all items must be reset to factory settings (passcodes and email or apple accounts removed) before being sent back for us to be able to process the return. Watches and brand name accessories must be 100% brand new with tags and original packaging as received. Please include your order details in the return package for us to be able to identify it.
For all watches over $1500: All sales are final. All watches are inspected before being shipped. If your watch appears defective upon receipt please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide us with the details. If the watch is indeed defective we will replace it for you.
Warranty: We offer a 60 day warranty on all our products. It covers manufacturer defects only and will not cover physical damage. Items must be in the same condition they were received for warranty approval. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can resolve it. Within the first 14 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to return the unit back for an exchange or full refund. After 14 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us.

- Web ID (8-digit number) & product description
- Number of items to be returned
- Date you recieved your product
- Condition of product
- Condition of packaging
- Reason for return
All refunds will be processed within 4 days
