All returned products must include original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.
For electronics all items must be reset to factory settings (passcodes and email or apple accounts removed) before being sent back for us to be able to process the return. Watches and brand name accessories must be 100% brand new with tags and original packaging as received. Please include your order details in the return package for us to be able to identify it.
For all watches over $1500: All sales are final. All watches are inspected before being shipped. If your watch appears defective upon receipt please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide us with the details. If the watch is indeed defective we will replace it for you.
Warranty: We offer a 60 day Seller-provided warranty on all Watches under <$1,000. Watches over >$1,000 we offer a One Year Seller-provided warranty. Warranties covers manufacturer defects only and will not cover physical damage. Items must be in the same condition they were received for warranty approval. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us with a message on your Order Details page with a detailed description of the issue so we can resolve it. Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to return the unit back for a repair, exchange or full refund. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us.

- Web ID (8-digit number) & product description
- Number of items to be returned
- Date you recieved your product
- Condition of product
- Condition of packaging
- Reason for return
All refunds will be processed within 4 days
I haven't even received my product even 2 weeks after the order date. The expected delivery was February 12.

I’ve been waiting for 2 months now for my item. I will not recommend a purchase from online bestbuy and it’s distributor. It’s too unrealistic to purchase anything from you guys.

As I had the experience of online purchasing from reliable companies, I ordered a Citizen watch from Best Buy. When I received the watch, a couple of days later I returned it to the Best buy close to our home because I did not like the style of the watch. Unfortunately, the vendor is a third party, and they emailed me that they would not refund my money and would ship back the watch because I opened the box. This is the last time I buy online from Best Buy.
