Seller Feedback

  • It’s been one day shy of 3 weeks and the charger port has fallen into the hoverboard. I cannot charge it. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to someone about this issue.

  • The items received are not working , I keep contacting Best Buy stores and went to visi them in person but they didn’t help me out this issue , I bought 2 Hover boards both of them are not working , and no one take the responsibility , please advise

  • The Third party company was amazing! How ever I did NOT have a positive experience with CANPAR. I had to pick up my item in the end, (49 mins away) I asked them to deliver it to my work before 3. The rep said it was ok and I found out after 3 calls that they never deliver before 3 in the area I was. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS, not on my 1st or second call. Disappointed with this shipping company. I would recommend a different shipping company to partner with.
