Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

Seller Feedback

  • Product arrived with a damaged damage, so I emailed the company. They responded almost immediately, on a weekend, apologized and asked for a photo and my address to send me a replacement. With minimal delay they sent me out a replacement part with UPS, then followed up to make sure everything was ok. They couldn’t possibly have done more or made it easier.

  • The speaker stands I purchased had a couple of manufacturer defects (screw threading issues). I reached out to Kanto, who responded within about 30 minutes of me advising them of the issue and promptly mailed me replacement parts. Although I would prefer to not have to deal with manufacturing issues, their quick response to the matter definitely gives me the confidence to order from them again.
