Recycling of your old item(s) is not included with delivery.

Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

  • Received the product as ordered in a timely fashion but a couple of the disc's in the set are defective.

  • I ordered the complete six season set of Downton Abbey DVDs. The order came in a timely manner, but the DVD case was damaged inside. There were small plastic pieces broken when I opened the box. The DVDs were not damaged so I kept the set, but the damage was disappointing. The box was wrapped in paper only, and should have been shipped in a bubble envelope.
