All JuiceBoxes are Juicenet enabled through built in wi-fi, which allows owners to schedule and control charging from anywhere in the world."

Finding a product return policy

To review a specific return policy for a product, simply select the ‘Seller Return Policy’ tab on the product page, under the product details tab.

Please note we do not accept in-store returns for Marketplace products.

  • It must be unassembled and still in the original packaging
  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost
