Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.
Additionally, we offer a 60 day warranty on our products. Should there be an issue with your item within 60 days please contact us and we will provide return instructions to have the order send back for a repair/replacement. Should a repair not be possible we will have the item replaced for you. Items will not be covered under warranty for any physical damage, or normal wear and tear of the product. All electronics must be completely wiped PRIOR to the reset (the phone will remain locked even with a reset if the accounts / passwords are not removed first). Your return will be rejected if there are any iCloud/ Samsung/ Google account OR passcodes/ screen pattern locks.

Please contact the seller directly from your Order details page, and provide the following information:
- Web ID (8-digit number) & product description
- Number of items to be returned
- Date you recieved your product
- Condition of product
- Condition of packaging
- Reason for return
All refunds will be processed within 3 Days
No issues with the seller at all, just the business practice between seller & bestbuy. Be aware, when you buy something off BestBuy market place, your going to go thru hell, and have to jump thru hoops, then pay out of your own pocket if you need or want to return it. Highly suggest buying in-store, not online from any of these 3rd party vendors. BestBuy points finger at vendor for returns, and vendor tells you they only return defective products, that's it. Terrible experience!

My experience with this seller was good overall. My package had arrived two(!) days after having ordered it, but unfortunately there was a key component missing. I ended up messaging them through the marketplace, and their very kind customer service responded and helped ship that missing part within a day. A few days went by before I was able to use the product, but it ended up working so perfectly you could hardly tell it was refurbished!
