Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

The item that i received is defective and damage , now im still waiting for the item to return and refund, and we have only small space apartment for this huge box, please respond immediately,

Horrible experience. Delivered the wrong couch and the delivery guy would not take it back. After numerous emails the shipping company called and said they couldn't pick it up because they have a one man crew and he cannot do a couch by himself. Am now sitting with three large boxes in our living room and will probably be like this for the Christmas holidays.

The experience was mixed. The shipping company apparently lost one of two boxes. However Sheila at customer support resolved the issue. It was good to talk with a real person who knew what to do. I got the second box in a timely manner on a resend with another shipping company. I haven’t opened the boxes yet. I hope pieces match! Sheila’s help was timely, supportive and heartening 🙂👍👍
