Didn't receive my fill order and had to contact them twice to get it resolved. Their resolution was to send me half the product again, which while that technically leaves me with everything I ordered and more it's wasteful and stupid. They could easily have just informed me of a back order, or better yet not sold an item out of stock!!

Ordered the Kodak monitor with an extra camera. Package came quickly but was missing the extra camera. I have been in touch with Best Buy customer service 3 times about it and still nothing, and ZERO communication from the seller. At this point I have no idea if i’ll ever get it. Best Buy should be more careful as to who their vendors are and the service THEY give as it reflects very poorly on Best Buy.

Ordered C525 Kodak Cherish baby monitor that comes with 1 camera and an additional 125C was to be included. We are now Jan 6 and I still haven't gotten my additional camera. Went too 2 Best Buys didn't have time too wait for an hour to deal with. I also don't even have a receipt cause I wasn't given one. Even when I attempted to get a receipt it says there is no such order # which is false. I did live chat 2 days ago got hung up cause I was taking too long to type. Emailed company no reply.
