Seller Feedback

  • Was very confused when the order said it was delivered but did not arrive at my home but once I called Best Buy Customer service they immediately tracked down the problem and rectified it. I was very impressed with Best Buy but was nervous and am unsure if I would order another product that was shipped from the U.S.A. again.

  • I was meant to get the set end of August. I requested a refund as I needed it for that weekend and now summer is over. I called Best Buy and they said it looks like it went to the US. I received a reply via email saying they will get it to me right away, confirmed the address, and offered me 25% discount. I haven’t heard a thing or seen a discount on amount fully paid yet.

  • I havent received the tv stand I ordered over 2 weeks ago, I dont even know if its still coming or not. So far not good experience at all
