What are the benefits of ordering corporate gift cards?
Our Best Buy corporate gift card program allows for an easy ordering process with physical or digital gift cards. These can be purchased in larger quantities and higher denominations in comparison to our retail stores and online.
Corporate gift cards can be used for employee recognition, rewards and incentive programs, and fundraising initiatives.
How long will it take to set up a new corporate gift card account?
Once company information is provided, it can take a minimum of three days for a corporate review. If approved, you will receive confirmation with details on next steps.
How do I pay for my corporate gift card order?
Once your order is submitted to us, an invoice will be provided containing payment remittance information for payment.
What are the payment options for corporate gift cards?
Only electronic funds transfer or wire payment are accepted for corporate orders.
How will I receive my order?
Free standard shipping is available using UPS for our physical gift card orders. E-gift card orders are released once payment has been deposited and email notification is sent upon order release.
Where can corporate gift cards be shipped?
Physical corporate gift cards can be shipped to anywhere in Canada and to a single address. We cannot ship outside Canada or to a P.O. Box. For corporate US gift cards, please contact 1-877-370-1234 or CorporateGiftCards@bestbuy.com.
E-gift cards will be delivered via email.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive email notification from UPS with the tracking number and can be checked on UPS' page.
Where can I use my corporate gift card?
Gift cards can be used in-store across Canada, including at Best Buy Express, or online at bestbuy.ca. Canadian issued gift cards cannot be used in the U.S.
Can I use the Best Buy logo to promote corporate gift cards?
Once collateral and copy has been reviewed, you will then be given approval and permission to include the Best Buy brand, logo and card design within your promotional materials. Contact us for details.
