How will I receive my tech reward? 

A redemption link will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at account opening. Once you receive the e-mail, you will have 30 days to activate the order link. Once you’ve activated the order link and picked your tech reward, the product will be shipped via the method and carrier generally applicable to the fulfilment of such product through bestbuy.ca , and in accordance with Best Buy’s standard shipping policies and terms.

What happens if I don’t receive my item or my item arrives damaged?
