What is happening with my Best Buy card issued by Desjardins?
The current Best Buy card issued by Desjardins will no longer be active for use in-store or online as of July 1st. Desjardins Best Buy card customers will have received a letter from Desjardins outlining this change with their May statements.

What will happen to any outstanding balances and purchases made on my Best Buy Card account with Desjardins?
Any existing balances will remain on the account and customers must continue to make payments with Desjardins.
How do I make a payment?
Customers can only make in-store payments up . As of July 1, payments will need to be made directly to Desjardins.

- At their financial institution (bring their statement to the bank)
- Sending a cheque to Desjardins directly to:

What happens if I am enrolled in Card Care?
Customers with Card Care will continue to pay for their premiums if they have an outstanding balance. If you have any questions about their Card Care account, please contact Assurant Customer Service at 1-877-521-0262.
