You don't think can SSD mount can suck? Wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't think that there was an incorrect way to make a product like this but I was wrong. This would have only gotten one star but then this review would have seemed blindly one-sided. This item is made with flimsy plastic. It comes with equally cheap plastic pegs that do little to keep the mount in the HD housing and do not protect against vibrations. The pull-out handle makes it difficult to plug your power and data into the SSDs, depending on your combination of straight and angled connectors The hard drives can't be screwed in and the plastic that holds them in flexes too easily and made installation difficult since my hard drives kept popping out.

    Good quality and price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holds 2 SSD 2.5" drives (and/ or newer laptop drives, probably would not fit the older drives due to extra thickness) Easy to install, made of sturdy but flexible plastic. Also has multiple screw-holes for various mounting configs. Drive 'floats' between internal flex-bars and can dismount during cable plug connections, so you need to hold the drive steady while hooking it up. Otherwise it works great.

Use this to mount 1 or 2 2.5" drives in a 3.5" bay

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - March 28, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I saw how fast an older PC booted up and how smooth it seemed to run with a SSD, I decided to update another PC. This fit my old 3.5" bay. I was able to mount my new SDD (2.5") with room for another 3.5" drive. Comes with screws to mount the adapter and two drives. very economical.

    Never buy this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed with this"snap in clip approach". I found it clumsy and difficult to get the drive to snap in and difficult to get to fit in the computer. I won't buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most useful if connections are cables, then this bracket can hold two drives. Priced the same as a single drive bracket, it works great for both 1 and 2 drive configurations.

    Easy installation.

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - September 25, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bracket installation was simple and easy. Used this bracket to install a 2.5" SSD into a bay opening for conventional 3.5" rotational drive.

In theory, useful. Actually difficult to use

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - July 15, 2018

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drive is too bulky for some cases and in a lot of ways, I would've preferred single converters instead.

    Great Non-Conductive SSD Mounting Bracket

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - June 15, 2018

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bracket installed easily and is plastic, so It is non-conductive. Worked very well for my application.
