The website says it will be delivered on the 20th, but the order information says the 25th. Why so?

My experience was fine. My only complaint is the draconian rules around returning a product. I bought an Amazfit watch and considered returning it because it wasn't quite what I wanted. Then I read all the rules. They take returns within 30 days, but will not allow returns at all for fitness watches, etc. If you get past that issue the returned product must have all original packaging, receipt, etc. I have no problem with needing the receipt, but why do you need the original shipping packaging?
