Best Buy (order #798185245) consisting of 2 Suunto 3 Fitness – a Copper and an All black model. The Copper model was shipped from Belleville was clearly either an Open box or was a display item. First, it was missing the thin, transparent face watch cover that I’ve come to notice over the years. Second, there was a layer of dust that was evident in the crease between the underside of the watch and the strap, again a clear sign that the watch was either used or was a display. Unacceptable!
