Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

  • Number of items to be returned
  • Date you recieved your product

Seller Feedback

  • Picked up a refurbished Logitech Harmony remote to have a spare now that Logitech has discontinued the line. Shipping was from the US so took a bit longer but arrived in good condition. Unit has a few very minor marks on its back which are to be expected but the important front face was great. Been using it since programming was setup (4 devices) to make certain it's up to the task and it's been working flawlessly. Happy camper.

  • I bought two remote controls. One of them had a cracked display, damaged in transit, I think. I was able to return them for a full refund - except for the shipping cost.

  • The unifying USB piece was not included. It is refurbished so perhaps that's why? I sent off an email and have not heard back. Can someone please reach out
