  • I feel cheated by Best Buy. I went on the website to buy luggage . I had no idea what Marketplace is or what it means. I ordered 4 luggage sets because it was in sale and for 2 of them I was sent the wrong colour and 1 set the wrong luggage. The Best Buy store does not return or exchange Marketplace Items. I had no idea what this meant. I had to go on line and send a message to Marketplace and wait for a reply. I sent message Friday and still no reply.

  • Suitcases are gorgeous! Sadly, the box came in damaged. There is a pinch in the zipper area that worries me, I'll be making an exchange but do plan on getting the same set. Have not used it, as I plan on returning it and so I'm only commenting on the esthetics. Shopping and delivery by Best Buy is a great experience, hopefully the exchange will be as well.
