I didn’t realize that the product was for a youth or smaller fitting size. I would have been happy with an exchange, not possible due to COVID said the manufacture. A person can try on a pair of jeans at a clothing store but can’t exchange a set of headphone, that’s disappointing. Will not use this service again.
