  • Number of items to be returned

Seller Feedback

  • It took over 3 weeks to receive the television I ordered online. The box looked tampered with, but on first investigation the television appeared fine. It turns on OK and we were able to set up. However, once we decided to use it, we noticed the TV is not working as it should. After about 5 minutes, the screen goes black while there is still sound. It seems as though the TV was sent with these issues as this was our first time using the product.

  • It is extremely frustrated about the shipping tracking. At the beginning, the tracking number provided with Canada Post could was still valid although it provided with no estimate delivery date. Now, the tracking number is not found with Canada Post tracking. So where is my purchased product now and when could I expect to receive it???
