The product ordered was the incorrect match for my new Ipad. I want to return it and order the appropriate one. The return of this item to you via courier/mail almost exceeds the value of the item purchased!!!! I am not happy with this situation. I live 2 hours away from the nearest Best Buy store. I would not have ordered this product from Best Buy had I known I would not have free returns on this product. Irene McCardle
