We ordered/received item in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the cord doesn't fit to the laptop as the description had described. We are trying to complete a return. Request was started. Best Buy Marketplace Seller Localexpress wanted more information (which we emailed them back the info) and it has been over a week and Best Buy Marketplace Seller Localexpress still has not responded or followed up. Would not recommend ordering from them again.

The experience was terrible, received a part that was universal, not specific. I am giving 3 stars as it may have said that is what it was, though I searched specifically for the product number. The storage place from where the product was sold texted me and we thought it was the right product, however, it was not. He went above and beyond to figure it out with me and in the end offered to refund as they did not have to correct product in stock.
