Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

  • Hi there, The power adapter cable melted and created a mini explosion with sparks & smokes. The laptop I think is fine but I need a new power adapter. Please someone reach out to me ASAP! Where is customer support for this marketplace seller?

  • Seller wasn't tracking the package -- if I had not complained about non-receipt, they would never have followed up. The product did not arrive in time -- it was more than 1 month from the date of order, to the eventual delivery -- but this was the fault of Canada Post, not the vendor. The vendor generally communicated quickly, but the overall experience was decidedly negative. Moreover, when I did receive the refurbished product, the quality was poor.
