  • This is not a Nikon dealer I believe they're called third-party your only covered by their warranty not by Nikon however the lens that I ordered was new but it was shipped by Canada Post which was extremely disappointing and taking much longer than expected to get to me ,I have ordered from Best Buy before and this is never happened,I also had a hard time trying to communicate with this company as well ,overall just a chance that you have to take with them,

  • My experience was less than favorable. Placed order on the Thursday evening, Friday received email to say that my camera had shipped and had the Canada Post tracking number. On Friday the sale was also processed on my credit card. It took a week before it was received by Canada Post. When you say it has shipped it better have been picked up already. I emailed twice and all I got in response is we are doing are best to expedite this as quickly as possible. Very poor customer service.

  • Hi! To be honest I did not receive the Correct item. I had ordered the silver camera with brown leather. I received the black camera, which is not the one I wanted. However my daughter already opened the camera and had tried it so I feel I am not able to exchange it for the proper one. As well I went to the store to see if they could help me and they could not. I did not receive a return slip in the box or anything of such. So I am sort of stuck now with not what I ordered unfortunately.
