Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

  • Number of items to be returned
  • Date you recieved your product

Seller Feedback

  • Since the electronic dead bolt lock purchased would not fit on my door, I had to return the product for a refund. I was shocked to discover that I would only get a PARTIAL refund. Virtually all other online retailers that I deal with provide full refunds. Best Buy did not give full disclosure of such an important variance from present common practice in the online market place. I am very angry about this & in future will avoid purchasing from Best Buy. Shame on Best Buy!!

  • The lock was delivered in good time and in perfect condition. My only issue was not being able to track when it would arrive. Packages are left on door steps these days and not knowIng when it will arrive is not acceptable
