Recycling of your old item(s) is not included with delivery.
Assembly of the delivered product is not included.

Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

  • Awfull I recived a partial order. 1 from 1 supplier and the other from the second supplier The second supplier, well i have yet to recieve the order. it shows that Canada post delivered it and i have reached the second supplier twice as Best Buy Market Place twice, In short I was responsible to follow up with Canada Post. I tried once, waited over 30 minutes and I just gave up I reached out to Best Buy Market Place again and I was told I would have to follow up with Canada Post

  • Had an amazing experience with the seller. I had placed the wrong address for delivery and I was able to contact the distributor and they promptly corrected the address and the product was delivered quickly. Also the machine makes great coffee.
