  • Why would Best Buy sell a product online on behalf of another vendor??? Tried to cancel my order about an hour after I made it, realizing I ordered the wrong one, but was not able to. I received the product and tried to contact the seller because BB won't take it back in the store so now I have to try to deal with the seller again. I'm guessing I will have to pay for return shipping and will likely never buy from BB online again. I shop online all the time for convenience. This is not convenient

  • The product arrived with missing parts. Looks like it was used before in my opinion. We settled on an amount for a discount to keep the unit. But than the scooter broke down the first day. The seller was responsive as far as getting back to our emails but it always took 24hrs. We are still waiting for the refund to show on my credit card. I don't even know if they have processed the refund yet. I'm left in the dark. I contacted BB several times to no avail. Worst experience ever.
