Was given a dented laptop due to shipping (can't fault the seller for that). I informed the seller and they were quick to help start the exchange/replacement request. However, they dropped the ball after they put in a replacement request and didn't send me the return shipping label until I asked for it. They also sent me a replacement order number but haven't told me anything until I called and they said the replacement was cancelled. So in the end, I got nothing. I did get a refund
