We also focus on quality Open Box, Certified Pre-Owned smartphones and brand name accessories. Warranty length for these items is at least 90 days from the date of order.

All orders ship from within Canada with tracking within 48 hours.

Warranty claims are processed directly through JP Mobiles customer service.

All support is provided through email, we respond to all inquiries withing 24 hours.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are dependent on your order and your shipping location. Add the product to your cart to get your shipping estimate.

Please allow 2 business days from the date of order for your product to ship.

Returns can be made within 20-30 days of receiving your order.

All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

Seller Exceptions

Physical or liquid damage during customer possession will VOID any return policy and/or warranty. All unlocked cell phone manufacturer warranty is processed by JP Mobiles. All original manufacture warranty terms apply the same, however JP Mobiles, rather than the manufacturer, will provide the return shipping label for all approved warranty claims.

To request a return

Please contact the seller directly from your Order details page, and provide the following information:

  • Web ID (8-digit number) & product description
  • Number of items to be returned
  • Date you recieved your product
  • Condition of product
  • Condition of packaging
  • Reason for return

All refunds will be processed within 4 days

  • Was sent my scooter on the 3rd business day. I was sent the wrong colour scooter but was quickly offered a pro-rated refund as a choice instead of sending it back which i accepted. I do wish they used a company other than UPS, generally just find them harder to deal with than others. In this case it took 3 delivery attempts because UPS wouldn't let me leave it in a safe place or have it shipped to my work instead

  • I bought the Xiaomi M365 pro from this seller. The purchase process and the delivery were entirely painless. Quick fulfillment by the vendor, and fast delivery by UPS. I was a little worried when I ordered the scooter through Best Buy because it was a marketplace seller. However, I would not hesitate to buy from this vendor in the future. In fact, I placed two more orders for scooters that have not arrived as yet but seemed to be equally as well handled.
