Buying my product on line was easy, convenient and fairly quick. I would have appreciated knowing how long the shipping time would be, at the time of purchase. It was a few days after the purchase when I found out that the shipping time was longer than I expected. This was a concern because the purchase was a birthday gift which ended up being late. I have noticed on other sites they say up front at the time of purchase what the shipping time will be. Otherwise it was all good.

I still haven't received my order, it's been two weeks! All because of the shipping company, it is terrible. I suggest you will change it in future. But it is not a seller's problem, still got some negative experience.

The product had no thermal backing, so should not be named a blackout curtain. I am returning this.
