Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

  • When I received the product, it was either old or stored improperly as the alcohol wipe was dried out and glue was also dried out and broke the screen, when removing. When I contacted the seller, they told me to order another and reply to the email. It was a do not reply email, so I contacted Best Buy and they arranged for the refund.
