I couldn’t believe that I received a text reply right away when I informed the market place that I hadn’t yet received the second part of my order. I’m happy to report that I received it yesterday, February 18th after the long weekend. I won’t hesitate to order at Best Buy in the future. Thank you.

When I received the product, it was either old or stored improperly as the alcohol wipe was dried out and glue was also dried out and broke the screen, when removing. When I contacted the seller, they told me to order another and reply to the email. It was a do not reply email, so I contacted Best Buy and they arranged for the refund.
