Extended return policy due to COVID-19
The well-being and safety of our employees and customers is our number one priority. To support our customers and our community, we’ve extended our return policy for eligible purchases made on or after February 19, 2020. These items can be returned or exchanged until May 4, 2020. See product-specific policies below for exclusions.
If you'd like to make a return
There’s no rush. We encourage you to take advantage of our extended return policy and wait until our full store experiences and services are available again.
Eager to make your return? You can visit any store that’s open for store-front pickup to complete a return. At this time, we’re not able to accept returns in our Quebec stores.
If your local store is temporarily closed, don’t worry—simply hold on to your item and return it at your local store once operations are back to normal.
For purchases made online, you can return your items by mail. Simply find your order and select “Start a Return” to get started.
Large item returns
Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, large items—including major appliances, large TVs and exercise equipment—cannot be picked up for returns and exchanges at this time. Please keep the original item at home until our normal delivery practices resume.
