We want to get items to you as quickly as possible, so there’s a limited window to cancel or edit your order.

Cancelling an online order

Because we’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, there’s a limited window to cancel your order. To see if you can cancel, find your order

On the order details page, look for a Cancel Order button. 

Cancelling an online order next steps

If the Cancel Order button isn’t there, your order is already being processed by our team and we’re unable to cancel it. 

In this case, you can easily start the return process once you've received the product. Return or exchange the product at your nearest Best Buy store or you can choose to mail the product back as well. 

Please note: You may be able to cancel large item scheduled delivery orders even if the Cancel Order button isn't there. To cancel or change your delivery, contact us or email us at least 2 business days before your scheduled delivery date.

Cancelling a Quick and Easy Store Pickup order

If you have not received a confirmation email that your order is available, you can go to the order status page provided in your reservation received email and cancel your order online.

If your order has been confirmed and you don’t pick up your order within the hold period indicated on your confirmation email, it will automatically be cancelled. Your method of payment will not be charged.

Editing an order

If we haven’t started working on your order yet, you may be able to edit your payment method. To add or remove items from your order, please cancel your order and place another one with the items you want.

Editing your payment method

To edit or update a payment method:

  1. Find your order.
  2. On the order details page, select the “Edit Payment” link in the Payment Method section.
  3. To pay with another credit card, select one from your saved cards or add a new card. To update a billing address or expiry date for a card, please add a new card.
