Expedited Shipping with TForce Distribution

Estimated delivery times

Deliveries with TForce Distribution are set up for next day delivery, usually between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time. This means we aim to get your package delivered to you as early as the day after your order has been placed.

For an estimated delivery date, track your package online with the order tracking number provided in your order shipment email or on your order details page. This service usually becomes available 24 hours after placing your order.

Delivery attempts and missed deliveries

TForce will attempt to deliver your package up to 2 times. If we miss you on the first attempt, we'll give you a call to set up a time to come back the next day, or leave you a message to let you know we'll be back again tomorrow.

If we miss you again on the second attempt, your order will be cancelled, then returned to Best Buy and a refund will be processed. We'll send you an email to let you know.

Please note that if your delivery location is closed at the time of delivery, or if there is not a safe place to drop the package (e.g. an enclosed front porch or apartment concierge) and TForce’s delivery driver is unable to get in touch with you, they will not leave your package and it will be considered a missed delivery.

At this time, our shipping partners are automatically selected based on the fastest delivery routes in your area, and we are not able to offer alternative delivery options as this time.
