We've partnered with Metro E24 Solutions to deliver your packages as fast as possible, either the same day your order is placed, or the next day. You can expect E24 deliveries to arrive before 9 PM local time. 

You can track your package online with the order tracking number provided in your order shipment email or on your order details page. 

Metro E24 Solutions will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If we miss you, we'll automatically come back the next day. If we miss you on the third attempt, your order will be cancelled, then returned to Best Buy and a refund will be processed. We'll send you an email to let you know. 

Please note that your package will not be delivered if the E24 delivery driver cannot contact you, and:

• your delivery location is closed at the time of delivery
• your delivery location is an unattended multi-residence apartment or condominium
• the order requires your signature
