What's included

Our Geek Squad Agents will:

  • Unbox your new TV.
  • Install a wall mount or non-mounted stand build, depending on your preferences.
  • Connect necessary cables to up to three devices in your home theatre system.
  • Dress all wires with cable ties.
  • Test all your new TV's functions and show you how to use them.
  • Integrate your new TV with your pre-existing network.

What's not included

Our Geek Squad Agents will not:

  • Make any required electrical or structural modifications.
  • Install the TV onto a stone or brick wall.
  • Conceal wires 
  • Provide wall mount, stand, or other required hardware or parts.
  • Recycle your old TV.

Purchase this service

To purchase this service online, add an eligible TV to your cart and select “TV Setup and Mounting” before continuing to checkout. Payment for the installation service is processed at the same time and on the same order as the new TV.

You can also purchase this service in-store for a TV you already own. Visit a store near you and speak with a Blue Shirt or Geek Squad Agent for more information.

Schedule your service

Once you've made your purchase online and received your order confirmation email, Geek Squad will send you a scheduled delivery confirmation email. To book this service, you can either:

  • Visit and select the "Geek Squad In-Home Scheduling" option in the chat. 
  • Call 1-800-433-5778 with your order number ready.

You must book your setup service at least one day after your scheduled delivery date.

Prepare for your service

Help your installation go smoothly:

  • Make sure you have all the necessary parts required (i.e., wall mount, TV stand, etc.)
  • Make any electrical or structural modifications before we arrive.
  • Clear a path from the street to the installation site, making sure there are no obstacles in the way.
