Finding an order number for an online purchase
You can find an order number online in 2 places:
- In the subject line of your order confirmation email
- In your Order History (if you placed the order using your My Best Buy account)
Finding an order number for a Reserve and Pick Up, or Quick and Easy Store Pickup purchase
Here's where you can find your order number for a Reserve and Pick Up, or Quick and Easy Store Pickup purchases:
- On your digital receipt, if you chose to have it emailed to you
- In your Order History (if you placed the order using your My Best Buy account). See visual example above.
